What does it cost to have a kitchen installed?
Kitchen installation costs €205.70 per metre including 21% VAT (€ 170 without). A 6-metre kitchen comes to € 1.234,20, an 8-metre kitchen to € 1.645,60: one working day with two fitters. The call-out charge and a connection kit come on top. The price is fixed before we start.

Most companies in this trade write "made to measure" and "ask for a quote". We understand why, because every kitchen is different. But you want to know roughly where you stand before you call anyone. So here it is.
As a private customer in the Netherlands you pay 21% VAT on kitchen installation. The tables show both amounts, so you can compare with quotes that leave VAT out. Amounts are written the Dutch way: € 1.234,20 means one thousand two hundred and thirty-four euros and twenty cents.
What it costs to have a kitchen installed
You pay per metre of kitchen: the length of your cabinet wall, plus the island if you have one.

A flat-pack kitchen, such as IKEA, takes more hours because the cabinets have to be assembled first. We work that out before you agree. Above 8 metres we round up to half days, never to hours.

Renovation: keep the cabinets

What you get before we start
A quote with every item listed separately, so you see where the money goes. Not one line saying "installation complete" for four thousand euros, but lines you can check, and remove if you want to do something yourself.
Questions about the price
What does kitchen installation cost per metre?
€ 205,70 per metre of kitchen including 21% VAT (€ 170 excluding VAT). That covers levelling the cabinets, the worktop, the sink and connecting the appliances. Demolition, electrics, plumbing and plastering are listed separately.
When do I pay?
For private customers we ask for a deposit and the rest after completion. If the job comes through a kitchen shop, we invoice the shop, not you.
Can the price turn out higher afterwards?
Only if you agree to extra work yourself. If we find something, we call you at that moment. You never get an invoice afterwards for work you did not know about.
